Split State is a diptych — two panels that share a visual language . Green, coral, and dark green gestures are distributed across both surfaces, creating a conversation between them that is neither harmony nor opposition. The gap between the panels is part of the work: a pause, a breath, a space where the viewer's eye must make the connection.

This is the most architecturally complex work in the collection. It requires wall space that can hold two panels in close proximity, and rewards that commitment with a work that offers something different from every distance.
